What should I wear ?
Simple answer; clothes
Something you feel your most fabulous in. No white, "off white", cream, or white adjacent colours please. Dress to impress!
Keep in mind this is an OUTDOOR ceremony. Please dress appropriately so you can fully emjoy the day
What if I wear white?
Isabella will spray you with red wine, joking only partially
You maybe asked to change and/or leave the venue by a member of the bridal party. Being the only one wearing white is an important tradition to the bride.
Will I be able to drink?
There will be a cash bar available through the hotel. There is an ATM on site if you should need. If you store alcohol in your room please make sure to not bring it into the ballroom.
What do I do between the ceremony and reception?
Please feel free to do touch ups or rest, if you are needed for photos you will be told in advance by the bride and groom or even the wedding party. If you were not asked to be in the photos we ask that you give us time to complete this task so we do not take any longer then the time we have allocated to this task.
What if I want to take photos ?
NOT DURING THE CEREMONY! We have hired a fantastic photographer to capture the events of the evening. Our wedding only happens once and we want our loved ones to be present and enjoy themselves. We will share wedding photos with those who feel they need to remember the ceremony.
DURING THE RECEPTION please snap away! We have created a shared album for you to upload photos to so we can have all of these moments forever. As soon as the ceremony is finished go crazy and take as many photos as you'd like. Scan the QR code on this site or at the venue to add to the shared album
Is there a charge to use the online gallery?
We got you covered! ITS FREE!! There is no charge to add to the online wedding gallery and if there is an issue with the site please see Isabella after the ceremony, or the day-of-coordinator and they will assist you with correcting that issue.
What's for supper?
We'll keep cocktail hour short and sweet, we know you're hungry. We will be serving a buffet style meal. Contact us at kaleighmaealydian@gmail.com with any allergies or intolerances and we'll take care of it.

Tell reception you are booking under MacDonald Hepples Wedding and they'll take care of the rest
Do I have to stay at the hotel?
Nope! But it's here if you'd like to. We know it's quite the drive
Is this hotel disability accessible?
Yes! We have checked and have been assured the hotel can accommodate mobility issues, dietary needs, medical equipment, service animals, allergies, and more.

Should I bring something for presentation?
Your attendance is more than enough for us. If you would like to bring presentation and cards we will have a cute box you can drop it off in.
What is the night going to look like?
In short- Ceremony, cocktail hour while we take some photos, supper, first dances, then partying the night away! No need for shuttles as the ceremony and reception are in the same place just different rooms.
Check in, find a seat, enjoy the ceremony, head in for cocktail hour, eat, and finally PARTAY!
What time should I be there?
If you are staying in a hotel room please leave yourself enough time to be checked in and settled at least one hour before the start of the ceremony so you are able to find your seat. We will be starting promptly at 4,
If you're worried about check in time please feel free to contact the hotel and inquire about an early check in.
What time is everything happening?
Ceremony begins promptly at 4pm
Supper will be around 6pm
Late lunch will be served at 10pm
Bar closes at 1am
